At Iconova.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the item you received doesn’t work out, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
Conditions for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
* Time Frame: You must initiate the exchange request within 7  days of receiving your order. .
* Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and in their original condition.
* Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email is required.
